Brett and Alexis hike Temescal Canyon on a mission to scatter the ashes of their recently deceased pet chihuahua. As the trail grows steeper, tempers rise, and Brett and Alexis face some hard truths about their neglected marriage. The couple confronts blame, desire, and overwhelming complacency in what began as a simple hike to pay tribute to a pet.
